Introduction

We are pleased to inform you that ALT Infrastructure SA, an investment fund specializing in sustainable infrastructure, digital assets, and energy storage solutions, has identified Prometalis Sp. z o.o. as a potential strategic partner in the Central European market.
Following our preliminary analysis, we would like to confirm our intention to visit your headquarters in Kraków on 14 April 2026. The purpose of this visit is to initiate formal discussions regarding potential investment cooperation and project development.
